Job Title: Project Manager with UX focus Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months PM and consultative skills are the priority:
- We need someone who can bring organization and structure to a set of UX initiatives , but who has the interpersonal/consultative skills to get buy-in and traction for the program management approach.
- UX experience will certainly be helpful, but more important is the ability to take a holistic view vs. following a cookie-cutter tech implementation.
- Combination of tech and business experience will be important
- MS Office
- Excellent communication skills as will interface with the client
- Create and own Portfolio Plans and individual project plans, sprints, etc. against specific activities and dates
- Create and own client decks and create/shepherd/collect slides (example: UX or BA makes some slides and has input to others respectively) and slides the PM would own include Meeting dates and timelines, and other general project updates relevant to a project as a whole, vs. one capability or workstream.
- Scheduling meetings for the UX/BA/Dev team with clients and client CST members
- Identifying the other things BA or UX need to complete project activities (this includes holding clients and other CST members accountable for delivering or sharing info, etc. to ensure project dates stay on track)
- Paying attention to overall timelines and activities especially when they are interconnected, raising issues for same
- Client status reports, and other standard PM activities per industry best practices
