Project Manager/Assistant

Residential General Contractor has an immediate need for a Project Manager. Our work is performed in the Manhattan and Queens. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a PM on residential projects, specifically kitchen and bathroom remodels.

Job description:

Generate schedules, coordinate information flow between office, field personnel and clients.

Negotiate and approve Sub Contractor add on invoices

Able to run a job site - primarily kitchen and bathroom renovations within apartments in the NYC

Schedule and coordinate inspections, walk throughs and sub-contractors on site.

Requires some ability to read plans
