Property Cleaning/Porter

Property management company looking for a building porter/cleaner

Job responsabilites include but are not limited to:

Building cleaning including common areas and public spaces:

Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces

Trash removal: Taking trash cans to the curb on trash day, emptying office trash cans and disposing of waste

Restroom cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and replenishing supplies

Equipment maintenance: Maintaining and repairing equipment, such as changing light bulbs and fastening loose bolts

Inventory: Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying a supervisor when restocking is needed

Safety: Following established safety protocols and using personal protective equipment

Errands: Running errands for employees

Signage: Placing and removing signage to indicate wet floors, wet paint, or areas that are off-limits
