Pacific Star Contracting Services Inc. – National Property Preservation / Property Management Company

We are actively seeking reliable, experienced contractors to perform Property Preservation, Pre-Foreclosure, and REO work throughout the state. Contractors familiar with FHA guidelines are highly preferred.

Services Needed:

- Eviction Services

- Cash for Keys

- Lock Changes / Lockbox Installs / Initial Secures

- Janitorial / Maid Services

- Bi-Weekly Lawn Maintenance

- Mold Remediation

- General Property Repairs

- Roof Repairs & Replacement

- Trash Outs / Debris Removal

- Winterizations

- Must carry and use HUD Keys

Contractor Requirements:

Provide your own tools, trailers, vehicles, equipment, computer, and smartphone with Wi-Fi access

Insurance Required:

- Minimum $1M General Liability with E&O coverage

- Workers Comp Insurance (or exemption letter if applicable)

- Aspen Grove background check required

- Use of required mobile apps for reporting and photo documentation

- Must meet all deadlines and service quality expectations
