Our large Public Accounting client is seeking a Python/SQL Developer in a contract or contract-to-hire capacity to assist with an enterprise engagement. This consultant will be working on two different projects. Python development and SQL db design/management.The consultant will be be sourcing vendor data from multiple enterprise sources, and needs to optimize management and data exports to other downstream applications.This is a 100% REMOTE role that may extedn after the initial 3-months.Job Title - Python/SQL DeveloperRequirements:
- Python development with API calls, JSON parsing, OAuth key management, error handling
- Python data pipeline including file management, database connectivity
- Business Analysis and requirements gathering
- Requirements traceability and testing
- Familiar with operational transition of the systems they have built
- Familiar gathering and delivering on non-functional requirements.
- Operability and maintainability, and recoverability
- Code base management, system operationalization
- SQL Server Database design/development, T-SQL (DDL/DML), SSIS/ETL Development
- SSIS ETL design and development including flat file inputs, error handling, change data capture, slowly changing dimension
- SQL Stack development
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Monte Carlo Simulation or Financial/risk modeling
- Enterprise business intelligence development
