QA Artwork Designer

Joule has a new opening for

• 2+ yrs. exp. as an Artwork Graphics Designer in a regulated industry preferred
• Demonstrated expertise with graphics generation and editing, using state of the art graphics tools (ex. Adobe Photoshop,)
• Experience with Adobe In Design, Also Acrobat or other .pdf software. MS Office applications (e.g. WORD, EXCEL).
• Experience creating precise and clear technically oriented product support documentation, including product Operators Manuals and product Service Manuals for use in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of capital equipment instrumentation
• Strong hands-on exp. and ability to develop and evaluate product operators manuals, both on-line and hardcopy to ensure information is complete and correct
• Experience with Flare software a plus, not required.

• Evaluate existing labeling, packaging inserts and operator manuals (printed and online) with respect to defined requirements, record results in a checklist.
• Update labeling to meet defined requirements (with input from other groups engineering/ regulator), using Adobe In Design
• Prepare change documents for review and approval of updated labeling, following step-by-step instructions provided by the dept. manager
• Assist with other labeling tasks, e.g. updating labeling (using In Design for other reasons and to comply with other requirements as needed within the department.
• Changes managed (uploaded and downloaded )in SAP.
• Report on progress on a weekly basis at team meetings.
• You will be provided with a PC / Service Pro, candidate must have reliable internet access to work from home.
• Eventually learn and work with Flare software, team will be trained in use.
