job detailsjob summary:Looking for a experienced QA Test Engineer - Java / Selenium for UI and application testing. Will decrease automated backlogs, automate some applications that haven't been automoted before and creating more production post deployment verification scripts. Decrease automated backlogs

Automation of several apps that have not previously went through automation

Post production deployment verification scripts

Work within an agile team environment to perform software verification activities. Design, develop, drive, and deliver high-level test strategies, methodologies and take a hands-on approach to see that they are implemented timely and efficiently.

Establish quality assurance best practices and benchmarks and drive adoption across the QA team.

Implement metrics, analyze test data and results to identify patterns, report on risk status to development partners and influence software quality

Work closely with and mentor more junior Quality Assurance engineers, help stablish the organization's QA roadmap, and build a world-class QA engineering team.

Drive continuous improvements in product testing processes (test plans, automation, testing resources, etc.).

Document and/or review testing results working closely with developers and product owners to resolve reported issues.

Execute and maintain the automated test scripts, assuring continuous testing process.

Show expertise in reproducing, analyzing, and finding the root cause for clients' issues.
