Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAI) for new and modified aerospace components, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards.

Perform detailed inspections of aerospace components and assemblies using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and gauges.

Ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory specifications, including AS9100, ISO 9001, and other aerospace standards.

Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.

Identify, document, and report any non-conformances, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

Generate and maintain detailed inspection reports, ensuring traceability of all inspected products.

Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring quality issues.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including ESD, FOD (Foreign Object Debris), and workplace safety standards.
