Job Title: Quality DeburrGeneral Job Summary: As a Quality Deburr, you will work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented multitasker with experience in quality control and operating mechanical or electromechanical equipment, including microscope work. On-the-job training will be provided to support your development in this role.Shift Available:
7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that quality and safety standards are consistently met.
Operate and maintain deburring machines effectively to achieve desired results.
Utilize wire brushes, files, scrapers, and other tools to remove burrs and imperfections from parts.
Use a microscope to inspect work and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent motor skills and dexterity.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as crouching, kneeling, reaching, bending, and repetitive movements.
