Job DescriptionPosition SummarySeeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support the design, testing, functionality, and maintenance of products, equipment, systems, and processes. The role includes developing and maintaining quality standards, interpreting blueprints, evaluating product integrity, and ensuring compliance with engineering and industry standards. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, including the ability to create sketches, engineering drawings, and experience with engineering software applications.Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
Experience: 2-4 years in a related role, preferably within the automotive industry
Responsibilities
Devise sampling procedures and design forms for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
Establish programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production, testing, and measurement equipment.
Develop, update, and maintain quality process documentation for assembly and machining operations.
Conduct training sessions on quality control practices and provide training materials as needed.
Specialize in quality control areas such as product evaluation, process control, inventory management, automated testing, and R&D.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with IATF standards, AIAG core tools, and engine operation principles (preferred, not required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Experience with engineering software and MS Office Suite.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with possible overtime
