The Quality Systems & Business Analyst is expected to be intensely familiar with the people, process, and methods within their departments. Specific duties include, but are not necessarily limited to:
  • Continue to provide overall Operations & ISS Business Metrics to review and analyze performance; and identify areas and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collects data, performs root cause analysis of issues or problems, and proposes solutions according to the current and future needs of the business
  • Work to drive all metrics to be automated, from SAP software or other data collection systems, so the role can focus more value add time supporting improvement projects
  • Analyze and test current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency in Operations & Quality
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
  • Continue to optimize all Quality Metrics and support implementation and optimization of the SAP Quality Module
  • Work to implement full systems for Quality Compliance reporting, tracking, and analysis.
  • Oversees process change implementation and testing, and reviews changes to ensure they result in measurable organizational improvements
