- Bachelors degree; or relative experience.
- 4+ years of Quick base application development experience.
- SQL and/or HTML scripting experience.
- Data migration experience.
- Experience providing customer support for software applications.
- Previous experience within PPM software industry or PMO is preferred.
- Pipeline functionality experience preferred.
- Agile/SCRUM methodology experience preferred.
- Release management experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills, including listening, writing, and speaking.
- Strong time management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into product functionality and design.
- Ability to work independently and integrate into a team environment.

- Advance knowledge of configuring using the SaaS platform. Essential Job Duties (in order of priority).
- Ability to solution and configure system changes to accomplish business requirements for the IT application.
- Ability to work using SCRUM / AGILE methodology taking direction and collaborating solutions with core teams including Product and Business owners.
- Ability to provide RAD using a prioritized backlog of enhancement requests.
- Adhere to the IT LIC flex work policy for attendance (e.g. core work days and/work hours). To be worked out with hiring manager.
- Provide builder support on enhancing our custom applications using the Quick base platform.
