Description We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Receptionist for our Real Estate & Property team located in PLAINVIEW, New York. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for visitors and colleagues. As a Receptionist, your key responsibilities include managing front desk operations, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support.Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations, ensuring a tidy and professional reception area Greet, register, and direct visitors, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, faxes, and mail Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring prompt distribution to the relevant individuals Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments, including the arrangement of conference calls and video conferences Notify employees about scheduled appointments and meetings in a timely manner Answer visitor inquiries about the company and its services, directing them to the appropriate departments when necessary Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and customer record maintenance Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and accurately. Requirements Demonstrable experience in performing receptionist duties within the Real Estate & Property industry Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and staff Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills Professional demeanor and appearance, representing the company's brand Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Office Administration or relevant field is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and processes.
