Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Eoslyn, New York. The main role of the Receptionist will be to support the operations of the organization through various administrative tasks, most notably typing and data entry. This role is within a fast-paced environment and requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle confidential information with discretion.Responsibilities: Type and format various documents such as reports, memos, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines. Enter data into computer systems and databases swiftly and accurately. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, organizing and indexing files for easy retrieval. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding assignments. Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for information. Proo typed documents for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all work. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing documents. Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management. Handle customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls Strong customer service skills and abilities Capable of handling data entry tasks accurately Ability to manage email correspondence effectively Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High level of professionalism and positive attitude Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks Good problem-solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
