Job Title: Registered NurseJob DescriptionSeeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care in a rehabilitation and nursing care facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of Long Term Care (LTC) experience and hold a valid NYS RN license. Responsibilities include endorsing and enforcing facility objectives, planning and coordinating nursing activities, conducting daily rounds, reviewing and revising resident care plans, ensuring continuity of care, conducting staff conferences, coordinating supplies and equipment, providing unit consultations, and maintaining necessary records.Hard Skills
6+ months of LTC experience
Valid NYS RN license
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Familiarity with EMR systems (SigmaCare is a PLUS!)
