Job description - Remote Collector

We are looking for individuals with a great attitude, strong work ethic and reliability!

Collection specialists must be experienced in making outbound calls, ability to negotiate payment arrangements and skip trace accounts. We do require 4 years minimum collections experience. (Fluent in Spanish is a plus)

Required success in one of the following fields: Consumer related Collections, Customer Retention, Default Prevention, Dispute Resolution, Rent-to-own, Check Cashing, Title Loan, Payday Loan or a similar position is necessary.
