job detailsWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Reprographic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing reprographic support by operating and maintaining various reproduction equipment, ensuring the timely and accurate reproduction of documents. The Reprographic Assistant will work closely with team members to meet the printing, scanning and copying needs of the organization. If this role interests you, please email me a copy of your resume at barbara.oliveira@randstadusa.comsalary: $19 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesOperate reprographic equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and scanners to reproduce documents accurately and efficiently.Handle print requests from internal departments, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.Maintain and troubleshoot printers and scanners, performing routine maintenance and coordinating repairs as needed.Monitor and manage supplies inventory, ordering and restocking consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations.Collaborate with staff to understand print job requirements and provide assistance in selecting appropriate reproduction methods.Perform quality checks on completed reproductions to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards.Assist in the development and implementation of reprographic policies and procedures.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reprographic services.Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in reprographic technology.The essential functions of this role include:
