Risk & Controls Analyst

Required Skills and Expertise4-7 years in financial services, experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or data management.Knowledge of the banking and capital markets, sales and trading, security services, commercial banking, or treasury and trade services businesses.Experience in executing enterprise risk management/compliance frameworks, including risk self-assessment programs, risk appetite and measurement, key risk metrics, and governance.Good interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to drive consensus and decision making across all levels of the organization and across all 3 lines of defense.Proven ability to act independently, work quickly and with careful attention to detail, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a varied and fast paced environment.Strong analytical / problem solving skills and sound judgment.Bachelor's/University degreeHybrid work schedule - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
