Responsibilities: aria-hidden="true" • Deliver new functionality by writing, shipping high quality code for the internal production platform and the client delivery platform for the ESG Business meeting the requirements. aria-hidden="true" • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. aria-hidden="true" • Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment. aria-hidden="true" • Monitor and optimize application performance. aria-hidden="true" • Problem solving with alternative approaches and in collaboration with Business Stakeholders, Quality Assurance, Data Operation and IT Infrastructure on all stages of software development life cycle. aria-hidden="true" • Working as part of a team, encourage innovation and best practices. aria-hidden="true" Desired experience and qualifications:• Proven work experience in Ruby/Jruby development– ruby 2.0+ or Jruby 9.2.6+• Experience – 5-9 Yrs aria-hidden="true" • Deep expertise in object-oriented development, including design pattern knowledge backed by strong data structure fundamentals. aria-hidden="true" • Broad knowledge and experience in full lifecycle of Web Services/Application Development following agile methodology. aria-hidden="true" • Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests. aria-hidden="true" • Love for clean and well documented code. aria-hidden="true" • Understanding of Messaging concepts and technologies. aria-hidden="true" • Relational Databases, especially Oracle 12c and/or any NoSQL databases, Redis. aria-hidden="true" • Ruby database libraries such as Sequel, Active Record. aria-hidden="true" • Exposure to tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD process is a plus. aria-hidden="true" • Exposure to cloud services, especially Azure, Azure DevOps, and/or AWS, Google Cloud Platform. aria-hidden="true" • Familiarity with Front-end languages and tools, JavaScript development frameworks, especially EXT JS. aria-hidden="true" • Knowledge of Source code control systems, especially Git. aria-hidden="true" • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience. aria-hidden="true" • Good Communication skills.
