Roux on Park Avenue looking for experienced line/prep cooks

Swan family owned French restaurant on Park Ave looking for an experienced cook who is eager to learn and cook with a passionate close knit team who puts out seasonal inspired French fusion menus. Hours are weeknight shifts until 10pm, some day shifts prepping or on the line during brunch. Wages are increased based on experience and longevity with the team.
