Job Duties:

Process NYC HomeFirst Managed Long-Term Care Program Claims (e.g., Elderplan)

Process MAP referrals for program enrollment

Maintain patient participant databases for sales reporting & department audits

Maintain the inventory room

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Customer service background

Computer proficiency (esp. M.S. Office Suite)

User knowledge of healthcare related computer systems & applications
