We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who is passionate about making an impact at a fast-growing, cyber-security software company.

About our tech stack: Our company currently uses Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Inboxas well as a suite of integrated and peripheral third party tools including, but not limited to, Salesloft,LeanData, ZoomInfo, Cloudingo, Jira, Jira Service Management, Monday, Zendesk, and Hubspot.

Passionate about systems, processes, and building innovative solutions to solvecomplex problems. Work hard to make sure that things are done the right way and take every opportunityyou can to revisit existing processes to see how they can be improved. A communicator. You can distill even the most technical concepts down for anyaudience. Not afraid to get your hands dirty - not every task is fun, but you're as careful withduplicate management and database cleanup as you are at designing new processes.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Business Operations Manager and other Systems Team members tomanage our Salesforce instance - the center of all of our business processes. Design, build, test, and deploy creative and efficient solutions in SFDC and acrossrelated systems using all declarative automation tools. Know our instance inside and out. If you don't know something, you know how andwhere to find it. Be responsible for ongoing data cleanliness efforts.

Work effectively with stakeholders across the company and at all seniority levels togather business requirements, understand the core needs behind those requirements,and deliver fantastic solutions. Understand the critical impact of effective testing and QA, and ensure that solutions arebuttoned up before release. Be a subject matter expert and help manage our support queue in Jira ServiceManagement. Create reports and dashboards to drive decision making throughout the company. Collaborate within Business Operations and cross-departmentally to ensure thatexisting and new processes are thoroughly documented for both reference and trainingpurposes Find ways to improve and expand on our existing infrastructure within and betweensystems. Remain up-to-date on Salesforce's releases including new functionality and changesthat may impact our systems.

Requirements:

3-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience Extensive experience configuring and managing Sales Cloud Expertise in building formula fields, reports, and dashboards Deep understanding of SFDC's declarative automation tools with a strong focus onFlow Ability to work independently and solve complex problems Hunger to learn and grow - you can't wait to learn new things and put them into practice US Work Authorization is required
