Salesforce Business Analyst

I have an opportunity for a solid Business Analyst to join one of our leading financial organizations in Midtown Manhattan. This role does require Salesforce experience. As a BA, you would apply your functional business knowledge to the design, configuration and integrations of business systems within Salesforce.

• Lead Salesforce and marketing-related projects and be a facilitator for internal and external stakeholders to define system requirements and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with business leaders to create project plans, design, configure, and lead implementation support to accomplish the firm's goals
• Analyze business and system needs, processes, and technology to contribute to the improvement of business processes and use of business intelligence solutions
• Use a deep understanding of the components and considerations necessary to build corporate systems
• Develop, write, and communicate business and technical requirements for the implementation of technical solutions to support our teams
• Configure and customize software, perform data integration and development, and deliver training to internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to application development and documentation standards including change management and version control
• Perform report testing and administration including migrations and user account management
• Act as internal consultant on automation tools and vendor selection for business needs
• Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time.

• Solid experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager or related role
• Proven workflow and documentation experience
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
• Skilled with process re-engineering and automation tools
• Track record leveraging agile development methodology
• Working knowledge of Data Management, including industry best practice and procedure
