Salesforce Data Analyst

The Data Analyst would be joining a growing team, reporting to the Director of IS. The best candidates will have experience inside the Salesforce Platform and alternative development experience, be highly organized and detail-oriented and focus on data accuracy and cleanliness throughout all integrated business systems.

• You will take part in all areas of systems where there is a data element, including support, development, and BI
• You will take the initiative to resolve data inaccuracies both from a historical perspective as well as a root cause perspective
• You will design reports and tools to monitor data accuracy and report on overall system cleanliness
• You will work with systems leadership to understand data structures and priorities that overlap with business initiatives
• Work in a collaborative, teamwork-oriented department focused on group success

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience with expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader and MS Excel, as well as general comfortability with the Salesforce Platform features
• You have a high comfort level manipulating a large amount of business-critical data
• The ability to develop a story through data and articulate findings
• You’re willing and able to come into the office on a hybrid schedule and work effectively as a remote employee
• You’re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
• We will love it if you have experience in Domo, Tableau, or any other leading analytics platform
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of SQL languages
