Salesforce Developer (Hybrid, On-Site) – NY/NJ

Duration: 12-24+ Months

Locations: NY/ NJ

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Must have experience in working with Sales cloud/Service cloud or Force.com platform
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in building Lightning applications and using Lightning Design system, Lightning Implementation(s)
  • Must have 1 year experience of developing of Aura Components.
  • Must have experience Strong JavaScript skills
  • Sound exposure on Salesforce Process builder, workflows, Email notification mechanism.
  • Hands-on experience on web service development (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) with the lightning component, well versed with security for API development
  • Well versed with Apex development, writing triggers, handlers, apex classes, exception handling, bulk processing
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as AutoRabit along with Github, Jenkins, Visual Studio is preferred
  • Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform
  • Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation
  • Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
  • Experience working on Salesforce platforms along with MuleSoft is preferred
  • Direct experience working on CRM projects for the financial industry is preferred
  • Salesforce Advanced Developer certification is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and nontechnical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Skype, Teams, face-to-face)
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently, and can produce high quality technical documentation and analysis
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
  • Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision
  • Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
  • Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Ability to guide/mentor other developers and troubleshoot issues
