Role: Salesforce Lead Developer Location: New York City NYC Duration : Long Term / Fulltime Responsibilities:Design, develop and maintain world class enterprise Salesforce applications with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and declarative UI configuration

• Create a uniform experience across custom and standard Salesforce user interfaces
• Enable new ways of visualizing complex and loosely coupled data structures in a way that fits the mental models of business users across the enterprise
• Maintain a growing library of custom reusable LWC and Aura components
• Streamline business processes and abstract underlying business complexity through custom UI design
• Focus relentlessly on making user interfaces obvious, intuitive, and highly functional
• Reduce clicks, consolidate contexts, and simplify the capturing of client engagement

• Expert JavaScript (ECMAScript 6 and later), HTML5 and CSS3 development skills
• Extensive experience developing with Lightning Web Components and the Aura Component Framework in an enterprise, consulting, or ISV developer or architect role
• Thorough understanding of Lightning Experience, including strategies for implementing custom components and applications in Flexipages, Global Actions, Quick Actions, and Utility Bar Actions
• Strong command of UI/UX principles
• Deep familiarity and experience with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
• Understanding of Apex for developing component controllers, business logic and validations, as well as maximizing code coverage with unit tests
• Expert knowledge of the Salesforce schema, including how and when to use Custom Objects, Custom Metadata, or Custom Settings
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform security model and how it applies to custom LWC and Aura components
• Experience integrating Lightning Components with the Lightning Messaging Service (LMS), Lightning Console API, User Interface API, and Quick Action API
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, including governor limits and how to code defensively to avoid exceptions
• Knowledge of JavaScript unit testing with Jest
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications required
• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I and Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer a plus
