Job DescriptionPruTech is seeking an experienced Salesforc Solutions Engineer to join our rapidly growing sales and business development team. This role will be responsible for the definitions and deployment of PruTech’s core capabilities and processes across the Salesforce ecosystem. The Salesforce Solutions Engineer will consult and recommend solutions to client business problems through creative thinking, design, and architecture practices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our lead architects, engineers, and consultants, to understand our client's needs and craft sustainable IT approaches to meet or exceed expectations.Responsibilities:· Supporting Sales department in lead and product demonstration calls· Demonstrate understanding of solutioning Salesforce solutions including some of Public Sector Foundation Service, Experience, Marketing,· Strong understanding of underlying Salesforce functionality· Managing post-sales cycle to providing technical support to client through audit reviews· Serve as a technical expert in providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved· Work with the sales teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customers' technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical impediments· Create methodology to drive adoption and ongoing use of a new service offering· Consult with customers on their business problems, providing technical expertise and recommendations via POC, audits, webinars, and demos as needed· Develop technical documentation to support proposals, quotes, demonstrations, and other necessary work products· Assist other technical leads in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team· Coordinate alongside sales and delivery teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of solutions Skills and qualifications: Certified Platform App Builder· 5+ years of experience in Senior Administration or Salesforce consulting with an emphasis on optimizing business processes· 3+ years of experience with Sales, Service or Public Sector Foundation Clouds· 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning configuration & Flows· Solution Engineering / Architect experience on Implementation Projects· Advanced knowledge of best practices regarding cloud SaaS, PaaS, and low-to-no-code technologies· Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a technical pitch and communicate with technical personas.· Knowledge and experience of leading cybersecurity practices· Full-stack development experience (Java, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, node.js, JSON, SQL/NoSQL) is a plus· Knowledge or experience designing, implementing, and operating in a DevSecOps environment· Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes· Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with multiple technological environments (including emerging technologies), methodologies and solutions in the Cloud/IT space.· Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership.· Experience with customer targeting/segmentation platforms is preferred.· Understanding of sales cycle· Professional level cloud engineering certifications preferred· Experience with public sector organizations is a bonus
