Project Overview:EVE Load Forecasting Software Replacement - The project is to replace the existing legacy EVE Forecasting Engine in 2020 before the oracle database sunsets. Due to the systems age, the user interface/front end is in a quarantined virtual machine which requires users to login remotely due to the unsupported operating system it runs on. This position will Worki with SAP Tech lead to generate Interfaces for data exchange between SAP and EVE

Bid to Bill- Replace the current Load to Bill solution with a commercial off the shelf software solution (COTS). The NYISO BID TO BILL project was confirmed through the Summit Initiative.NYPA's Load Bid to Bill falls under the Marketing Analysis and Administration (MA&A) group. Currently the group is using antiquated systems for transmitting load bids to NYISO.Settlement groups within MA&A have zero to low confidence with data accuracy used in shadow settlement calculations, currently they are produced using a series of Excel spreadsheets.Currently NYPA has 2 legacy systems, ESA and the ECC Data Warehouse, supporting this function. The project will replace these 2 legacy systems which have extensive modifications and multiple ongoing issues requiring manual interventions and support. The new proposed software would prepare NYPA for future compliance requirements with accurate data, audit posture, and accountability. The project will provide NYPA with a dashboard and reports accessible to all levels of NYPA, enabling departments to automate analytical work instead of manual machinations.Currently the ESA systems receives load bids from the Customer Load Scheduling group, performs calculations (some of the cases), and sends bids via the Gateway to NYISO. Metering data is uploaded into ESA by the Metering group for submittal to NYISO. Data returns from NYISO through the Gateway into ESA then to the ECC Data Warehouse.Proposed solution would remove and streamline complex data extraction processes to obtain data from ECC data warehouse.

CDeX - Develop a web-based destination for NYPA customers to login and access information related to their NYPA interactions, including but not limited to viewing/paying a bill, contract audit/compliance information and virtual audit information
