- Min 8 Years of Supply Chain Industry Experience
- Min 1 year experience of cloud-based planning systems such as o9
- Min 2 years integration experience with SAP/APO from/to non-SAP planning systems
- Min 5 years of SAP APO Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
- Agile Project Management Experience (SCRUM Experience or Certification is preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project 13 and MS Project Online
- Software Release / Deployment management experience
- Knowledge of work scheduling tools and techniques
- SDLC Methodologies - Agile / Scrum / Rapid Development / Iterative Development / Waterfall
- Atlassian Jira (preferred)
- Advanced user of Microsoft applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams)
- Understanding of Azure Cloud and resource management.
- Solid understanding of IT group operating model, including enterprise architecture, development life-cycle, tools, methods, and processes
- Understanding of future Supply Chain Planning tools/technologies
- Project Management Certification is plus.
- Solid Supply Chain, SAP, and Demand Planning background
- Keep track of open tickets and coordinate accordingly with relevant parties to bring them to closure.
- Multi-year future state visioning of current and possible solutions
- Partner with other integration teams to ensure seamless transitions
- Responsible for examining the current system's architecture and working with technical staff to recommend more effective system solutions
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber-Security to shape solution guardrails, standards, and patterns.
- Stay abreast of current trends/technologies in the Supply Chain space and be aware of technology initiatives from other best-in-class Supply Chain and technology companies globally.
- Ensure everyone has a voice, melding options to create new solutions
- Planning and execution of knowledge transfer sessions between project and support teams.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix integrations to support the business after go-live.
- Work closely with stakeholders and functional owners to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies, and project plans.
- Detail-oriented analytical and innovative problem-solving skills: Coordinate root cause analysis sessions for issues with the functional and technical team across enterprise and external partners
- Lead the support personnel training for application integrations platform across the enterprise so that the support team can operate independently.
- Business acumen: Strong leadership and managerial skills.
