SAP EC Payroll Consultant

Job Title : SAP EC Payroll ConsultantLocation : RemoteDuration : 12+ Months

• Candidate needs to be certified in SAP EC and EC Payroll
• Good knowledge of point to point and BIB replication
• Need to understand EC knowledge objects and how to relate to ECP.
• Experience in debugging.
• Need excellent understanding of SAP on premise ECC and cloud payroll.
• Need to be able to understand and decipher common issues with point to point and data
• Keen knowledge of how EC and ECP are structured.
• 3-5 years of EC & EC Payroll experience
• Be able to put in language that HR team can understand to fix.
• Custom and standard BADI knowledge needed.
• Need to review log daily; very clerical in nature; Process is automated log that sends data from EC to ECP; if data errors, ex: listed as salary vs. hourly in different spots could throw error, or if cost center not set up.
• Person needs to be knowledgeable on EC and ECP side and how info. Types work.
• Mostly error resolution that this person would have to be savvy on either side of modules.
• Log run every day multiple times per day and you have to research the logs to see errors.
• Have access to EC to determine, get right people to correct the data, and manually rerun the replication for those individual people and then evaluate them to see that they pass through.
