SAP Program Manager - Hybrid Model - New York NY

18+ years of experience with 8 to 10 years’ experience as
SAP Project manager
Should have led SAP 3-4 end to end SAP implementations as a Project Manager
Good understanding of
Order to Cash (OTC) and
Finance functional and business process knowledge
Understanding of
Integration points and interdependencies
End to end Project management
Lead the team for a successful rollout
Make sure all phases of Project are complete successfully
Coordinate with Client and Offshore team and Our Client's management
Should be able to co-ordinate with key stakeholders and set up workshop sessions
Prepare and own the project plan and execution and other key project related deliverables such as Release plans, cutover plans, exit criteria for gating
Should be able to track and monitor the delivery as per the plan
Should be able to provide status to the senior level leadership and track the action items to closure
Should have prior experience in working with
Agile delivery
framework and work with Scrum masters on a day to day basis
Should be an excellent communicator and strong presentation skills, collaboration skills and leadership
Should own the delivery end to end and have strong connects with key stakeholders in the program
Proactively identify and handle risks on the project/program
Should have prior experience in working with offshore team and overlap with them for ensuring project delivery reviews take place regularly
