Responsibilities of the SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant:

Provide end-to-end production support for a complex union based daily payroll lifecycle environment comprising of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Time Management systems
Produce solution design, documentation, and successful delivery of Employee Central Payroll with expert attention to all architectural qualities for an effectively working SuccessFactors Human Resource (HCM) system.
Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, or Payroll
Extensive experience in configuring and custom development with excellent functional and technical skills.
Working knowledge in all SAP development tools and methodologies, like BAPI/IDOC, ALE, Reports, Workflow, Smartforms, enhancement technique
Experience working with GL integration with multiple ERP finance systems including ECC and Oracle EBS Finance
Deep knowledge on SAP EC payroll configurations, wage type setups, BSI tax setup including Tax factory and Tax Profile Factory
Understand business requirement, develop detailed functional design, create test plan and help production deployment
Implements the solution based on functional specification and resolves issues independently in the areas of own skills.
Apply tax updates and patches/fixes as delivered by SAP and BSI
Configure, customize and implement new Payroll modules/functionality as required
Coordinate activities of team with other teams.
