SAPRTR: FP&A Cash Flow Planning &Forecasting need in NY-Hybrid

• We are NOT looking for solution architects in each of the areas listed below. We are looking for Consultants who will be primarily responsible for smooth data conversion and cutover for this track

• These consultants will NOT be required to do any solution design or system configuration. It is already taken care of by Customer leads. However, knowledge & experience in these respective subject matter will ensure that these folks do not fail in their role while working closely with Customer

• Business Communication skills will EXTTREMELY CRITICAL for this role. There will be a lot of coordination involved with IT, Business and Direct Reporting to Senior Management (VP & Above)

• 8-12 years consulting experience in SAP FP&A Cash Flow Planning & Forecasting

• TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management through data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning, and reporting company financial performance across all Free Cash Flow KPIs to achieve financial targets by synthesizing data into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.

• Experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large global public company.

• Ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Full time team members reporting to the Workstream Lead / Functional Leads, accountable to PMO Governance team
• Responsible for executing cutover tasks daily
• Responsible for executing testing tasks, performing testing scenarios, validating data daily as well as working with business partners to ensure testing happens as appropriate
• Work closing with business team to get info and validate accuracy
• Managing the defect information comparing expected results with actual results, recording the results, retesting, escalating issues as needed and communicating status
• Reporting and working with Workstream team and PMO Governance Team

• Subject matter experts of our processes and data who can help map current data attributes to new future state attributes, working in conjunction with the Project Workstreams Leads and embedded in the functional area for Controllership, FP&A, Customer, Vendor, Project and Financial Information
• Own and assist in the data conversion to the new system, perform data validation, reconciliation, and approve data has been converted accurately. Communicate defects to the project team and workstreams leads. Owns the corrective action to resolve defects in mapping and conversion in a timely manner
• Validate and reconcile master data and transactional data conversions. Example: GL accounts, GL historical balances, consolidations / conversion, AR Open items, project balances, MPM, fixed assets and plan conversion etc.
