Schenectady, N.Y. Seeking Maintenance personel

Maintenance personnel/Assistant responsible for all aspects of maintenance and apartment preparation for 140 unit complex. Maintain grounds, paint and clean apartments, perform work orders and upkeep property. Some light plumbing and electrical.

Must have experience and possess own tools as well as a vehicle and a clean drivers license.

Salary is based on experience and will be determined at hiring. Maintenance assistant will work directly under the superintendent and the property manager.
