Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Seal Coating Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will be responsible for applying seal coating materials to asphalt surfaces, ensuring a smooth and durable finish. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for seal coating by cleaning, filling cracks, and ensuring proper adhesion.

Apply seal coating materials using industry-standard techniques.

Operate equipment such as sprayers, squeegees, and rollers.

Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in seal coating or related field preferred.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license.
