Seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the Principals and Executive Assistant while on the ground in New York.
This role serves as the primary point of contact when the Principals and EA are out of town and may include occasional short-term travel.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with daily scheduling and calendar coordination
Facilitate and, when needed, set up professional calls and Zoom meetings
Support and execute travel planning and logistics
Help manage the extended team and coordinate their schedules
Oversee and support U.S. property-related needs
Organize and care for household pets
Handle day-to-day tasks such as appointments, shopping, gifting, reservations, and general personal support
Accompany the Principal as needed
Drive confidently; must hold a clean and valid driver’s license
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
No job too big or too small, strong team mentality
Upbeat personality with a can-do attitude
