Seeking Chef and potential partner.

I have 30 years of restaurant experience, have owned several restaurants in NYC, notably Stanton Social and Beauty & Essex with partner Chef Chris Santos. I have recently signed a lease for an all day “new American Bistro” and am looking for a Chef who has worked in commercial kitchens leading a staff, food cost responsibilities with tons of creativity. Must be flexible, willing to learn etc.

It’s a great space, I have a menu and am always open to ideas. Great opportunity.
