POSITION SUMMARYThe Project/Program Manager will be responsible for supporting both internal and external projects across Technologies. This role will be required to create and manage project plans, risk and issue trackers, project budgets, and action/task logs. In addition, this role will be integral in managing the inter dependencies of various Technology programs to ensure business stakeholders receive a concise and complete view of key program updates. The analyst will work closely with the Technology Leaders to establish team building and development opportunities, while helping to develop the playbook for how our Technology team integrates with other departments across IT and the Enterprise. May receive direction and guidance from others on team but must be able to work in a highly collaborative environment and also function as an individual contributor.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESKey Activities• Creates and coordinates communication to stakeholders and assists with stakeholder management.• Tracks key project milestones.• Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments.• Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.• Identifies resource needs and ensures resources are accountable and delivering against their project commitments.• Performs quality reviews and follows quality assurance procedures.• Learn to manage project risk exposure and will escalate functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.• Monitors work efforts daily & with assistance, selects appropriate work procedures and approaches to address technical/functional, process and/or people challenges.Will be involved in UAT Testing and rolling out projects.
