Responsibilities: • Partner with regional and global business Strategy and Product Development leads to drive definition into the client offering and execution client / house Operating Model. • Partner with front to back process owners to drive functional sponsorship and ensure these areas have plans in place to deliver the processes and services needed under the business plan to support the product and functionality releases. • Drive the front to back schedule to ensure functional delivery across technology/operations is aligned. • Document, track and report on the front to back product launch or release plan on a weekly basis. • Drive the Operating Model design for each functional and product release to ensure all impacted parties fully understand their role in the process. Major Challenges: • Prioritizing the delivery of work across multiple work streams, business and support areas. • Ensuring the resultant front to back stakeholders are clear on what they need to deliver and when. • Driving change with cross functional Technology and Business Teams.Required Skills: QUALIFICATION DETAILS: The Derivatives Clearing Services (DCS) business is growing globally, and particularly in the North American market for ETD products and services. This role is to support that growth, and enable the strategic business delivery across our front to back technology platforms to support this growth. As part of the Derivatives Clearing Services (DCS) delivery team, the purpose of the role is to drive the delivery of a new strategic ETD Execution platform in support of client business revenue development. The team is looking to deploy a new front office execution platform for futures. If this person has futures experience that would be helpful. This person will be making sure all of the timelines/deadlines are met. They will be working with other teams to send status updates out. Start asap, potential for extension and perm placement for the right person at the right time. This person will be working in a hybrid capacity onsite 3 days per week. position will have a dedicated space/or shared space. Top Must Have Skills • Strong Business Analysis skills. • Demonstrable project planning and management skills through delivery examples. • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus towards teamwork. • Willing and motivated to speak up in meetings where there may be ambiguity to drive clarity and success. • ETD knowledge highly desirable (Exchange Traded Derivatives - Listed Futures & Options) business and operational process experience across e-trading and lifecycle. • Demonstrable experience of developing process operating models. Looking for 3-5 years of experience. Experience of working with industry standard ETD Technology FIX, Exchange platforms, etc. Experience managing Technology deliveries. Having BA experience with futures would be great. Futures knowledge is more important than degree. Having the right team fit, team player is important. The team is very friendly. Looking for someone who is a confident communicator, and are comfortable communicating directly with the Sales/Trading Desk and internal Technology teams and are able to range up and down the detail depending on your audience. You will handle all phases of project planning (requirements gathering/analysis through to implementation), establishing solid relationships and trust built on proven delivery.
