Senior Corporate Restructuring Paralegal - HybridBeacon Hill Legal is searching for a Senior Restructuring Paralegal for a major law firm based in Midtown Manhattan. This role has a hybrid schedule.This person should have at least 5 years of experience as a Restructuring Paralegal in a major law firm or respectable boutique law firm. This person should be experienced in CH11, CH13, and CH13. The salary for this role ranges from $100,000-$130,000 DOE.Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and filing of bankruptcy court papersDraft notices, hearing agendas, and other court-related documentsAssist with preparations for hearings and trialsCommunicate with court clerks and court staffReview changes to federal and local court rules/proceduresQualifications:5+ Years experience as a Restructuring (Bankruptcy) ParalegalBachelors requiredMust have experience with CH11, CH13, & CH15 codesIf interested and have the experience, please submit your resume!
