This is a 12 months contract with possible extension. We are looking for Senior Digital UI designerPlease include your online professional portfolio link with your resume when applying.The Senior Digital UI designer will be responsible for design/UI for web and other digital properties for client consumers, agents, and recruiters, including making recommendations for and working with UX Analyst and other team members to design AB/multi-variate tests, and assisting in establishing more robust design operations (e.g., design system contributions, tooling management, etc.)Main responsibilities will include:• Design layout working with a set of current components and in SaaS tools• Designing for test and learn, incorporating insights for pre- and post-testing• Assistance with establishing and managing design system, maintaining and improving design tools• Design QA Key Responsibilities:• Designo Responsible for design/UI for web and other digital properties for client consumers, agents, and recruiterso Utilize human-centered design methodologies to understand, design, evaluate and advocate for user experienceo Evaluate existing digital user experiences to identify areas for improvement across devices and provide solutionso Participate in the Design System development and leverage components in designo Create pixel-perfect designs, UI elements, and layouts using current design components to maintain the brand consistency for desktop, mobile, and other digital properties across various viewportso Incorporate research insights to create related user-centric artifacts, including but not limiting sitemaps, user flows, user journey maps, low-to-high fidelity wireframes and prototypeso Communicate effectively with team members, internal clients and vendor partners• Research and Testingo Partner with internal teams and external vendors and use third-party tools to conduct user research, user testing and usability testingo Inform and recommend AB/multi-variate testing to ensure ongoing optimization• Leadershipo Contribute to UX strategy development directly and in partnership with external agencies to serve key client user audiences (e.g., consumers, customers, agents, job seekers) and achieve business objectives and requirementso Collaborate with internal cross-disciplinary teams including research insights, product teams, designers, writers, SEO, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver the first-class digital products in an agile environmento Stay up to date on and continually apply leading UX/UI best practices, patterns, and disciplines Qualifications:o Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, fine arts or equivalent Work Experiences:3+ years in digital design (UI) in desktop and mobileMinimum of 3 years of experience in UI or Product design Technical Expertise:o Mastery with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suiteo Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG and ADAo Knowledge of both qualitative & quantitative user research mythologies, user testing and usability testingo Experience interpreting and applying user research data and site analytics to make data-informed design decisionso Experience of working on agile environment • Soft Skills:o Excellent team collaboration and relationship management skillso Strong communicator to articulate concepts and design to a variety of key stakeholderso Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficientlyo Attention to detail and organized with design deliverableso Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal guidanceo Experience working with external design partners Bonus Qualifications:• Experience of working with Adobe Experience Management or other CMS systems• Experience with using and contributing to Design Systems• Understanding or experience using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics• Understanding the value of SEO• Experience working with financial/insurance industry Equal Opportunity Employer: Eclaro values diversity and does not discriminate based on Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.If you are interested in this opportunity, please send me your updated resume in word format or call ASAP so that we can discuss it in more detail.I look forward to speaking with you!
