The Senior Director, IT Finance will lead two functional groups fostering cohesion, efficiency, and shared success. The Senior Director, IT Finance will lead the Finance Operational Excellence (FOE) Team. This cross-functional and cross-regional team provides thought leadership, process design, project management, and continuous improvement for the Finance systems and processes. The Senior Director, IT Finance will also oversee the IT Finance Systems Team, which is responsible for key initiatives of Finance IT systems, such as the exit from the Transitional Services Agreement (TSA), the upgrade of SAP S4 Hana and future enhancements, and the integration of new acquisitions and business units. The Senior Director, IT Finance will report to the CIO and work closely with Finance Leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure that Finance IT S ystems meet business needs, align with the wider Pall IT ecosystem, and provide significant value. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Finance S ystems and processes in alignment with the PALL Corporation business objectives and IT standards.
Lead and develop the FOE Team, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and resources to deliver high-quality solutions and services to the Finance function and other business partners.
Manage the portfolio of Finance IT projects and initiatives, prioritizing and allocating resources according to business value, risk, and urgency.
Monitor and report on the performance, quality, and compliance of the Finance IT systems and processes, identifying and resolving issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including PALL Corporation Finance, IT, and business leaders, vendors, and service providers.
Drive innovation and best practices in Finance IT, leveraging the Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and methodologies and fostering a culture of customer focus, collaboration, and continuous learning.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in IT, with proven experience in leading IT teams and delivering complex IT projects and programs, preferably in the Finance domain.
Expert knowledge of SAP and other Finance IT systems and applications, including SAP S4 Hana, SAP Project Systems, SAP Banking, and SAP Security.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to understand the business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into IT solutions and value propositions.
Ability to apply the DBS tools and methodologies to drive process improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment, and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is $190,000 - $260,000, annually . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
