Senior Dynamics CRM Developer

Hello Greetings from the Global IT Solutions USI, Inc. We have an immediate need for one of

• Design forms, workflow processes, web services, plugins, and other components needed to meet the business requirements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.
• Utilize Microsoft Power Automate to design Flows to connect the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system to external third-party systems including custom connectors.
• Expand the capabilities of client’s Dynamics Portal to allow for additional information to be collected from businesses which need to interact.
• Segment solutions to optimize deployments across environments.
• Develop dashboards, including views and charts, to allow users to both track their work and view key performance indicators and goals.
• Be creative in providing new ideas and potential technical solutions including reviewing new features as they are planned for release.
• Ensure that all solutions are lightweight, scalable, completely secure, and built to an appropriate level of quality.
• Frequently collaborate within the development teams and other key team members (Business Leads, Vendors, and Stakeholders).
• Work with the Project Managers for
  all Microsoft Dynamics projects to define the roadmap and validate user stories.
• Review functionality of existing applications and processes to suggest methods of replacing them with Microsoft Dynamics functionality.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in development with Web, Cloud-based, and CRM technologies
• At least 5 years’ experience with
  Project Delivery and Execution with
  Native and Custom Installations for Dynamics 365.
• Strong experience working with
  Dynamics 365 Portals and/or ADX Studio.
• Experience integrating MS Dynamics with Azure Blob for document management including connection to an Antivirus or other security tool.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects and products in an Agile project management environment.
• At least 5 years Web Development experience (minimally, but not limited to JavaScript /
  NET 4.x / WCF / jQuery / JSON / HTML5).
• Experience creating customizations, business process flows, and workflows for Dynamics CRM.
• Experience working with
  Data migration and loading for Dynamics 365.
• Experience sharing code and modules through enterprise source code management systems.
• Experience working in a high demand work environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Have exceptional communication skills, including effectively interpreting between technical and non-technical team members.
