If so, you are in luck because our client, a prestigious Private Equity Firm with over $80 Billion in AUM, is looking to add a full-time Senior Support Engineer to their Customer Service Team based in the Midtown Manhattan office!This role allows for an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic customer service team and leverage your knowledge across various technologies and tools. You will interact with both end-users and internal IT teams, providing excellent client service to help individual business groups achieve their strategic objectives.

Keys:- Prior financial experience- Polished, client-facing, client-support, white glove oriented- Client services, end users- Desktop Support + O365 technology

Must Haves:• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and patiently, both verbal and written, to end users• Direct working experience providing white glove C-level support• Experience working in a modern ITSM ticketing system (Freshdesk is preferred but not essential)• Familiar with ITIL v4 standards and workflow• Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals• Highly organized self-starter with exceptional attention to detail• Reliable, courteous, and flexible team player with a “customer first” mentality• Able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment• Can occasionally work evening hours or weekends• Ensure technical documentation exists for all systems and is kept up to date• Be able to think outside of the box to creatively solve problem issues

Qualifications:• At least 4 years of relevant experience providing support in a professional IT environment• Strong knowledge of Office 365 (Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams)• Working knowledge of ITIL and best practices for delivering IT services• Vendor Management and Inventory Management• In-depth knowledge of maintaining Windows 10 OS• MS Active Directory basic knowledge• Server hardware experience is a plus• Some Microsoft PowerShell experience• Experience supporting iPhone and iPad• Experience with desktop image creation (SCCM and Intune)• Supporting VOIP Systems (Avaya is a plus)
