Assignment Details: We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician with a strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, printer setup and troubleshooting, conference room support, and iOS support. This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees in resolving computer hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of various technology platforms and be able to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical users. Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role, with a strong emphasis on Windows systems, hardware troubleshooting, printer setup and troubleshooting, conference room support, and iOS support.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server) and proficiency in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues.
- Familiarity with printer setup and troubleshooting, including knowledge of different printer models and their configurations.
- Experience with conference room setup and support, including familiarity with audio/video systems, projectors, and teleconferencing equipment.
- Proficient in providing technical support for iOS devices (iPhones, iPads) and troubleshooting mobile device-related issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a patient and friendly approach when assisting users.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience working with ticketing systems is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, Apple Certified Support Professional) are desirable.
