Apply today.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Communications Consultant reporting to the head of Business Communications for Global Operations. This newly created position is an opportunity to lead the development and implementation of integrated internal communications strategy, content, and creative solutions to support high priority initiatives. This role will work on communications and engagement projects in collaboration with peers across the Global Operations organization.In this role, you will:

Provide strategic and tactical communications support for both proactive and reactive business priorities.

Serving as a subject matter expert, build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization as well as content delivery for a variety of publishing platforms and communications channels.

Create unique and original internal content. Writing to specific audience/objectives/outcomes.

Secure appropriate review and approvals before publication.

Provide research and creative input, measuring content effectiveness and continually refine creative content approaches to drive results.

Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand and verbal standards, compliance and privacy regulations, and web policies.

Partner closely with other communicators who support corporate, business lines and functions, as well as other internal partners, to develop plans that consider various perspectives.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategic Consulting and Communications

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and cross-collaboration skills.

Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Experience in developing digital content strategy that integrates with overall business and marketing strategies.

Exceptional writing and editing capabilities - Adapting style depending on audience and objectives.

Proficiency in content strategy, including message development.

Experience developing integrated communication strategies.

A keen eye for detail and quality control in all communications.

Understanding of Global Operations business lines and functions.

SharePoint experience

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
