• Experience in Cobol upgrade assessment and strategy
• Strong development experience as Architect cum technical lead in Mainframe
• Support customer in defining Cobol upgrade environment, compiler options, etc.
• Mandatory Tech Skills Cobol, DB2, JCL, VSAM, CICS, REXX
• Cobol upgrade experience from any lower version to V5/V6
• Decommission planning and execution experience
• Interaction with customer SMEs regularly or on a need basis
• Ability to provide technical guidance to team members
