Senior Mechanical/Electrical Project Manager

AECOM is seeking a Senior Mechanical/Electrical Project Manager to support our exciting Design Build program for our New York City client. Responsibilities:Provides overall support for the program and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.Provides technical direction and guidance to the project planning, procurement, design, and construction management teams.  Maintains close client interface and reports on critical MEP issues.Visits the field to review any MEP issues, field conditions, and provide recommendations or reports as needed.Provide guidance regarding DOB and MEP code compliance and interpretation.  Manage MEP constructability teams, and engage with critical stakeholders. Enforce the contract with the Design-Build team for compliance. Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners Support quality control of received contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
