Job Description:Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) through the Infrastructure Team, the Senior Network Engineer leads technical work groups and/or functions as a technical expertThis role performs the research, analysis, design, creation, and implementation of infrastructure systems to meet current and future user requirementsIncludes working with service, integrator, and cloud service providers to modify and maintain existing systems to address changes in business processesThe Senior Network Engineer will ensure service providers and integrators achieve contracted service delivery outcomesThey will be responsible for designing efficient and optimal networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), the internet, intranets, and other data communications systems Essential Functions:Manages and performs tasks related to MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, LAN/WAN network design, and TCP/IPManages and performs tasks related to wireless networking, including Cisco Meraki wireless and Cisco wireless controllers Designs, implements, and troubleshoots any issues related to virtual network technologies, such as IPSEC, VPN, SD-WAN, and VRF/VRF-LiteEvaluates network and network device performance and tuning, including quality-of-service (QoS) configuration Manages and maintains cloud-based networks (AWS)Manages and maintains Palo Alto firewall devicesManages the WAN to SDWAN migration and Cloud connect (connectivity to public cloud) Manages the design, deployment, and troubleshooting of technologies like SD-WAN or ViptelaOversees QoS, class of services, and WAN optimizationOversees migration, such as upgrading layer 2 and layer 3 Cisco devicesPerforms network diagramming with the ability to present to technical and nontechnical audiencesCreates HLD, LLDs, and BOM and demonstrates the solution to clientMaintains advanced knowledge in their areas of oversight, including, but not limited to the following:Trunk, VTP, VLAN, STP, spanning tree, RSTP, and MSTPInventory of Cisco routers and switches, such as Cisco 4400, Cisco 4300, ASR 1000 series, and ASR 9000 series router and Cisco 9000, Cisco 3800, and Cisco N7K and N9K series switchesThe Palo Alto operating system (CLI) and browser interface systemAWS networking and associated troubleshootingDHCP, DNS, IPs, and IPAM appliancesCreates and promotes a culture of continuous improvementEnsures compliance with the client and affiliate policies, as well as all state and federal regulationsDemonstrates a commitment to the client and Planned Parenthood's mission related to health equity, especially centering racial equity, and deep sense of accountability to communityDemonstrates a commitment to learning about and enhancing practices related to racial equity and the impact of structural racism on healthcare systemsProvides positive and development feedback and accountability related to practices including, but not limited to, equity

Required experience:Bachelor's degree information technology, engineering, computer science, or related field; or equivalent experience.Minimum of 10 years as a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Switching and Routing)Minimum of 10 years of relative experience, with at least 5 years of experience as a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE Switching and Routing) AWS Certified Advanced Networking-SpecialtyExperience providing maintenance and supportAbility to resolve and make decisions on complex and high-risk issues Ability to interact with multiple vendors to achieve integrated solutions Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as required to provide 24x7 support; must respond to urgent situations during nonstandard hours with short or no noticeComfortable working in team environment and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to run troubleshooting sessions and present the root cause and solution to upper management and leadershipAbility to manage incident, task, and changes in ServiceNowDemonstrated experience working in a multistate/multi-affiliate environment Preferred experience:Advanced knowledge of Solarwinds, ServiceNow, M7, Cisco Prime, and Cisco ISE, or equivalent toolsetsExperience with RFC, CABs meeting, and change management processStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partnersAbility to work independently and with professional discretionExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent management and time-management skills Who We AreThe Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore and near shore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
