About the RoleThe Product Operations team collaborates with operations, product, and other partners to strategize and deliver products that tackle our toughest operations problems on a global scale.As a Product Operations Manager, you'll sit on Delivery Core Product Operations team and collaborate day-in and day-out with your fellow team leads (e.g., Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Product Designer, Data Scientist, Product Marketing Manager) to identify, scope, design, build, pilot, and launch products and features that will drive your team's objectives and key results and build outstanding customer experiences!Product Operations Managers particularly lead the strategic process of prioritizing which projects their team works on and the go-to-market strategies and launch plans of their products/features. They sync and collaborate regularly with dedicated Ops and legal counterparts across mega-regions to bring the voice of business and customers to their Product team!What the Candidate Will Do:

Define the operating structure and processes to implement on product strategy

Lead a community of strategic leaders to encourage a significant impact to the business

Maintain regular communications with key team members across the org

Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product

Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product lifecycle

Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation

Collaborate with key team members (legal, tax, policy, support, etc) to prepare products for launch

Track core business metrics related to the product

Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by product post-launch

Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to advise product improvement

Basic Qualifications:

4+ years experience in operations, business consulting, finance or similar analytical role

Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external customers

High level of empathy

Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions

A desire to learn, highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow

Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork

Effective prioritization

Preferred Qualifications:

SQL proficiency

Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting

Strategic alignment, able to bring key partners across functions together

Proven project management across large complex projects

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$158,000 per year - USD$175,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$158,000 per year - USD$175,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
